This is a term I recently saw used in a discussion between John Popham and Nick Booth. It was used to describe the sense of feeling you come away with when you have given time and passed on skills in order that someone can make a difference for themselves in future.

I Googled it and possibly found the source here on a blog by Lorna Prescott. Looks like it was credited to Paul Webster but there is a link again to Nick Booth.

Either way, credit to whoever thunk it up, perhaps someone can fess up and add to the history.

I hope they don’t mind if it is used throughout this discussion.
