Trojan Mice

Trojan mice is a term given to small ideas that are started to see what impact they might have. In other words, doing lots of little things to see where they end up or if they work, rather than a big lumbering thing. If they don’t work, no big deal if they do then take it further.

I first heard about it in a book called ‘Organizations don’t tweet, people do’ by Euan Semple. There is a great explanation from the guys at Comms2point0
